Swansea Council is looking to procure software to meet all operational needs within their kitchens to improve efficiency and remove use of paper. The Department need this software to be compatible to work on a lap top device with an iCloud solution as a preference. This solution would essentially be a kitchen management software with the ability for cooks to order supplies, use costing information, enter daily information that must be recorded as per HACCP requirements, ability to record timesheets and collate information etc within easy look reports available centrally. Interested parties are invited to initially submit a response to Alison Cosker, at alison.cosker@swansea.gov.uk no later than the 17th January 2025. Please provide: 1.Name of your organisation and brief description of its background and experience 2.Would you be interested in tendering for the services described above?
