        "eligibilityCriteria": "The Contractor must be based in Gwent and be familiar with the Health Board's environments and ideally have a track record in supporting people with lived/living experience of acute mental health, learning disabilities and neuro-divergent support needs.The contractor must have a track record in providing gardening schemes, reclaiming land, working within a watching brief environment and additionally have expertise in providing mental health and learning disabilities support for patients with relevant expertise in staffing.The contractor must have experience and knowledge of working in a locked Mental Health inpatient environment and be aware of the measures requiredto ensure the safety of patients, staff and visitors to the unit. Havingknowledge around the importance of anti-ligature and extra challengingequipment within a Mental Health setting is important. The following is a list of the policies and/or procedures expected as a minimum for the service.
