University Health Board (UHB) Convenience Retail Store Space in University Hospital Llandough (UHL)
Notice Description
University Hospital Llandough (UHL) is an integral part of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board and is located on Penlan Road, Llandough Cardiff. The Hospital was opened in 1933 and throughout the years, and in particular the last 15 years, has been considerably expanded to provide a range of Clinical Services you would associate with a District General Hospital. This has seen the incorporation of significant new units, transferring services from other hospitals (Rookwood and Whitchurch). The Hospital also provides undergraduate and post graduate training for a range of clinical staff. UHL in the second largest hospital in the Health Board, and provides a multitude of services, including Medical and Surgical Services, Stroke Rehabilitation, Spinal and Neurorehabilitation, Elective Surgery, Gerontology, Outpatients and Adult Mental Health. Currently, the Hospital has in excess of 30 wards and, 630 inpatient beds. The UHB is seeking expressions of interest from individual retailers would like to provide a retail convenience store to help meet the Health Board's and the local community's needs.

Only those organisations who return completed forms can be considered. All Expressional of Interest responses must be returned for the attention of Mr Iliass Dadda by 4pm on 13th February 2025 These must be submitted via email to: Iliass.dadda@wales.nhs.uk All requests for clarification or further information in respect of the tender documents should be submitted via email to the above email address. No approach of any kind in connection with these documents should be made to any other person within, or associated with, the Health Board, their employees or their professional and/or technical advisors. Doing so may lead to Bidders being excluded from this procurement.
