Notice Title

Microsoft 365 Migration Support

Notice Description

Mentera is seeking to appoint a specialist provider to support the migration from its current Google Workspace enterprise solution to Microsoft 365 for approximately 193 users across the main domain and two additional subdomains. The migration encompasses 170 users on the primary domain, with an additional 23 users spread across two separate subdomains. These subdomains house users who require a level of segregation from the main company data, such as self-employed individuals supplied with branded email addresses for project-specific reasons. Keeping these users within the Microsoft 365 infrastructure is also seen as a critical component of the company's data security strategy. This migration is a core component of our broader digital transformation strategy, and is critical to achieving both long-term operational efficiency and a scalable, secure cloud infrastructure that empowers enhanced productivity, collaboration, and service delivery across the organisation. Confidentiality, integrity and availability of business information and data will be a primary consideration throughout the entire transformation process, ensuring that security best practices are integrated into every phase of the migration, that key business as usual activities and program delivery continue to be supported during the migration and that our infrastructure is resilient to evolving threats.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=148222.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
