We are seeking an experienced evaluation partner to assess the impact and effectiveness of the Mind Our Future Project, which aims to improve young people's wellbeing in North East Wales. The evaluation will focus on both current impact and long-term potential, while facilitating continuous learning and development for the project team.Scope of WorkThe evaluation will:1. Assess how the project influences young people's wellbeing now and in the future.2. Capture and document the project's impact, process, and learning journey.3. Support the development of a Theory of Change for long-term impact.4. Facilitate co-analysis with project partners and stakeholders.4. Work closely with the lead delivery partner to collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data that demonstrates meaningful change.Key Deliverables1. Annual evaluation reports for funders and stakeholders.2. Bi-annual (every six months) insight reports with practical recommendations.3. Stories and case studies to showcase real-world impact.Approach & Methodology1. Participatory evaluation engaging project partners, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.2. Flexible & adaptive methods that evolve with the project's needs.3. Accessible methodology to accommodate diverse abilities and communication styles.4. Regular governance check-ins, including bi-monthly meetings with project representatives.5. Bilingual (Welsh and English) evaluation and reporting in line with Welsh Government requirements.Project Timeline & Budget1. 3-year contract with an annual budget of up to PS20,000 per year (PS60,000 total).2. The supplier must also demonstrate a commitment to delivering evaluation outputs that support accessibility and inclusion within the community.
