Notice Description

Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) have awarded a contract for the renewal of their XPorter and XClean Synbiotix Licencing, Support and Maintenance modules formerly known as the Helpdesk and Domestic Monitoring modules respectively.The XPorter module is utilised for the management of porters and domestic staff and allows tasks to be efficiently logged via clinical teams and to then be auto dispatched to a porter's handheld device electronically.The XClean module acts as an auditing tool to ensure that the health board environment is maintained in line with NHS Wales Cleaning Standards. The system is supported by an online dashboard which displays results against targets, highlighting areas of concern, as well as a report suite.The National Procurement Service (NPS) IT Products and Services (ii) framework agreement (NPS-ICT-0094-19) under Lot Three (3) Licencing and Subscriptions is compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation and provides a provides a compliant route to source software, licencing and cloud services/products including open source or off the shelf, along with associated services, such as design, integration, asset management and training. The framework included several potential providers who have achieved inclusion on the framework following a qualification process and the Health Board approached a provider with links to the Welsh Economy.
