Notice Description

The Vale of Glamorgan Council ("the Council") requires a Business Plan for the Old Hall in Cowbridge ("the Services"). These services must be completed by 31st November 2025.The Business Plan should consider how the Old Hall currently operates and provide a comprehensive business plan to demonstrate the benefits of the preferred development designs, as well as highlighting any operational or design concerns or challenges.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=152581.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. It is advisable that any person wishing to submit a quotation, should visit the sites.
