Notice Description
The proposed works involve the extension of the existing site to accommodate the construction of a new amenity block and all associated civil engineering works.The primary works are:Site preparation and earthworks, including excavation, grading, and formation of new paved areas.Installation of underground services such as drainage, water supply, and power.Construction of foundations and structural base for the new amenity block.Erection of the amenity block, including all necessary building, mechanical, and electrical installations.External works, including new carriageway areas, paved areas, landscaping, and boundary treatments.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=156826.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
