Engineering Lift Upgrade
Notice Description
Pembrokeshire College is seeking to procure services for the upgrade of the existing hydraulic lift in the Engineering Block. The works will involve the hydraulic modernisation of the existing Stannah Maxi Lift M10 MRLiA located at the Engineering Block, Pembrokeshire College, Merlin's Bridge, Haverfordwest, SA61 1SZ.Due to repeated breakdowns and failures, the hydraulic system is to be replaced. The existing lift car will be retained, with new call buttons, indicators, and an in-car operating panel installed. The lift provides access to the ground, first, and second floors.The contract will be based on the JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design 2024 edition.Site Location: Pembrokeshire College, Engineering Block, Merlin's Bridge, Haverfordwest, SA61 1SZ.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=158056.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
