Notice Description

Public Health Wales Trust are looking for a suitably qualified supplier to carry out the required Service, Maintenance and Calibration of Safety Cabinets and associated equipment across laboratories across the Trust. A full list of sites to be serviced is provided within the ITT & specification.The required services will operate on a scheduled basis within laboratory hours, including Saturdays and Statutory Holidays as necessary. The successful contractor will be expected to provide pricing and availability around Call Outs and related costings to ensure the Trust has full operational support.Further information on the requirements can be found within the detailed specification and appendices attached as part of this Invitation To Tender (ITT).Public Health Wales recognises the importance of the Welsh language to the communities it serves. Consequently, responses to an invitation to quote or tender will be accepted in Welsh as well as English. However, please note that tender responses submitted only in Welsh will be translated by the Health Board into English before consideration.
