Notice Description

SE is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to play a key role in this project by providing a detailed market appraisal which will inform the development proposals for the project. In addition to the market appraisal, there will be a requirement to participate in design reviews and, in the longer term, provide agency services to the completed development. SE is also seeking an economic appraisal of the completed masterplan to assist with its internal reporting process. The appointed consultant will have an in depth knowledge of the local (Central Borders) and regional (Edinburgh and Midlothian) markets. The consultant will be capable of producing a robust market appraisal to demonstrate the viability of new commercial space in Tweedbank, and have experience of playing a constructive role in contributing to emerging development proposals with an assembled design team. The appointed consultant should also be able to demonstrate a successful agency role in a similar appointment.
