Workshop Delivery for Negotiation and Pitching SkillsTo provide businesses with a better understanding of negotiation in business and the skills needed. To provide businesses with a better understand of pitching.

Expert Support: Stratef=gy Development & Accessing External InvestmentBrief to be drawn up by personal adviser and client. Methodology defined by the consultant however support will be delivered within a 4 week period with a follow-up six months after the formulation of the Strategic Plan. External investment including, but not limited to: grants, business angels, venture capital, banks, private equity.
Expert Support: Marketing and BrandingMethodology defined by the consultant however support will be delivered within a 4 week period with a follow-up six months after the formulation of the Marketing Plan.Up to 3 days 1-2-1 support to develop a branding plan.
Expert Support: Financial Planning & Development of Funding PackagesBrief to be drawn up by personal adviser and client. Methodology defined by the consultant however support will be delivered within a 4 week period with a follow-up six months after the formulation of the Financial Plan. Content of delivery will be based on the client's individual financial management support needs.
Expert Support: Innovation/assessing Market Potential/Technical Feasibility & Supply Chain LogisticsBrief to be drawn up by personal adviser and client. Methodology defined by the consultant however support will be delivered within a 4 week period with a follow-up six months after completion.
Expert Support: Operations and Business Resources including Staff (HR), Funding and Property, Management Team and Business DevelopmentBrief to be drawn up by personal adviser and client. Methodology defined by the consultant however support will be delivered within a 4 week period with a follow-up six months after completion.
