Lot Information

Lot 1

The works will consist of the following: Enabling works will be the provision of a 38 space car park in the adjacent Morrisons' supermarket that must be completed to the satisfaction of third party prior to accessing the land adjacent to bus station currently used as part of Morrisons' car park which will form part of the bus station. There will be new, improved passenger waiting areas with an additional bus stance all of which will incorporate improved information for passengers using the bus station with real time information screens and audio information. The bus operational area will be renewed in concrete incorporating a new drainage system into Vine Street and there will be new feature lighting in the area.
