This is an award notice for the implementation of a Lecture Recording Solution. Installation will commence April 2017 with a phased Installation, however, it is envisaged the majority will rolled from April 2017 to September 2017 and the remaining rooms over a further 12 months period. Support and Maintenance should not commence or be paid for until installation is complete and acceptance has been signed off. Approach to be determined during dialogue. For further information, please see the draft Invitation to Participate Document, attached to this project in PCS-T.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if there are any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
