1.1 Perth & Kinross Council (the 'Employer') is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance to non-domestic properties in the Perth and Kinross Council area.

Lot Information

Electrical/ Security

A key requirement is to ensure that all operational Council properties comply with statutory and regulatory legislation as well as Perth and Kinross Council's corporate policy standards. The contractors will perform a planned preventative maintenance inspection which will assess the condition of the equipment, carry out any remedial work resulting from that inspection, respond to the breakdown of equipment and rectify the situation, carry out minor modifications to existing equipment, and advise the Employer on any improvements which may benefit the Employer. Lot 1 Electrical/Security - to include Automatic Doors, Cabinet/ Fan Convection Heaters. CCTVs, Door Access, Electric Car Charging Points, Electrical Testing & Inspection, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Fixed & Portable Fire Fighting Equipment, Fire Stopping, Fire Suppression System, Gas Detection Equipment, Induction Loops, Intruder Alarm/Staff Call, Lifts (Goods & Passenger), Lightning & Cathodic Protection, Nurse Call, PAT & Fixed Appliance Testing, Patient lifting and handling apparatus, Sports pitch floodlighting, storage heaters, VESDA, Window Blinds.
