Atrium Homes is seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of gas central heating servicing and repairs, including audit and out of hours call out service, in accordance with current guidelines and legislative requirements for their 1125 properties.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: Atrium proposes to let the new contract for an initial 12 month period until the end of March 2018. There is the option for Atrium to extend the contract annually for a further period of three years. The annual extensions will be subject to performance and the cost updates provided. The contract therefore has the potential to run until the end of March 2021.
