Lot Information

Lot 2 - Commercial Combined Insurances

Lot 2 shall entail Employers and Public Liability, Contents and Increased Cost of Working, Money, and similar covers as detailed within the procurement documents.

Renewal: 24 months in addition to the 36 months stated in 11.2.7

Buildings/Property Owners Liability/Loss of Rent/Alternative Accomodation/Terrorism

Lot 1 shall be for all builidngs/property owners liability and associated insurance cover to Glasgow West Housing & Subsidiary Company.

Options: The Association shall consider options of higher excess option attaching to the Rented Stock of Lot1. Where bidders provide an option, it must be provided in addition to the requested option on the tender document. The excess option must also include a single event / 72 house clause.

Renewal: 24 months in addition to the stated 36 months in 11.2.7. This will be conditional upon criteria as stated in the procurement documents.
