Notice Description
Perth and Kinross Council are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Contractors under a multi-lot Framework Agreement to carry out works of a responsive repair nature to all domestic properties owned or occupied by Perth and Kinross Council within the Contract area. The Lots in the Framework Agreement will be as follows: Lot 1 - Plumbing Works Lot 2 - Electrical Works Lot 3 - Joinery Works Lot 4 - Masonry & Wet Trades Lot 5 - Painter & Decorator Works Lot 6 - Glazing Work Lot 7 - Drainage Works Lot 8 - Domestic Gas Servicing & Maintenance Lot 9 - Solid Fuel Servicing & Maintenance Lot 10 - Commercial Gas Servicing & Maintenance Lot 11 - Heat Pumps & Renewable Technology Lot 12 - Electric Wet Systems - Maintenance Works Lot 13 - Blacksmith Works Lot 14 - Fencing Work

Masonry & Wet Trades
General masonry works, internal and external, working at height.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The Purchaser shall have the option of extending the Contract for a further period of up to one year after the expiry of the term. The Contract terms shall remain the same for the extended period as for the initial term.
Painter & Decorator WorksGeneral painter works, internal and external, working at height.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The Purchaser shall have the option of extending the Contract for a further period of up to one year after the expiry of the term. The Contract terms shall remain the same for the extended period as for the initial term.
Glazing WorkGeneral glazing works to windows and doors.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
