Gas Annual Inspection and Reactive Maintenance Contract from 1 August 2017 to 31 July 2020 at Various Addresses, North Glasgow.

Lot 1

It is ng homes intention to enter into a contract with one contractor to deliver their annual inspections and reactive maintenance to Gas systems for a three-year period commencing 1 August 2017 until 31 July 2020, with the possibility of a further two-year extension to the Contract. The works under this contract are currently being provided by two contractors under two separate contracts. The Association now wish to combine these contracts to form one large contract. The property types vary widely and include traditional sandstone terraced properties, multi story flats, inter and post war housing. The full contract requirements are contained within the Tender Documents and include the requirement for a 24/7 emergency call out service and call handling facility. The Association also currently own several properties which are offices and care home facilities which contain commercial boilers. Consideration will be given to including these properties within this contract when current contract expire.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competiton if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: May take up option to include the commercial boilers with the Association's offices and Care Home facilities.

Renewal: May take up option of 2 x 12 month extensions
