Notice Description
North Ayrshire Council invites tenders for the provision of a Hosted Council Chambers Webcasting Solution - Webcasting of Council Meetings and Maintenance of all associated Audio Visual and Conferencing Technology required for the Solution as detailed in this Invitation to Tender. The council does not currently have a contract in place for this requirement therefore the requirement is being tendered for the first time. The resultant contract will be for delivery of the proposed solution for a projected go live date of 23rd of March 2017* (*or such later date as may be advised by the Council in order to meet availability of the Council Chambers and the timetable of Council Meetings) and for provision of these webcasting services, and maintenance and repair of the equipment detailed for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further year
