Notice Description

A 10-year TPC 2005 (as amended) contract for responsive repairs, void works and electrical testing works to Thenue's housing stock of around 3,500 properties.

Lot 1

Thenue Housing is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a contract to deliver a programme of response repairs, void works and electrical testing and associated remedial works. The contract will be a TPC2005 (as amended) for a period of 10 years subject to achievement of prescribed performance targets by the Service Provider. The total anticipated value of the Contract excluding Value Added Tax is circa 11 000 000 GBP over the 10-year term. This procurement is being run under the Procurement Scotland Regulations. For further information please refer in particular to: Regulations 58 and 59 of The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, and Regulation 78 of the Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016. The Principle objective of this tender is to appoint a single Contractor to provide the following services to Thenue Housing. Responsive repairs during normal working hours Responsive emergency repairs for out of hours periods Works to voids properties to meet Thenue Housing Void / relet standard Periodic electric testing and remedial repairs working with Thenue to ensure electrical compliance at all times An interfaced ICT solution that interfaces with Thenue ICT systems to ensure maximum service efficiency and effectiveness with access to timely and accurate data at all times A contractor that will deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, robust management of complaints and provide mechanisms for customer engagement and customer insight analysis that result in service improvements and Delivery of community benefits.                 "description": "Thenue Housing is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a contract to deliver a programme of response repairs, void works and electrical testing and associated remedial works. The contract will be a TPC2005 (as amended) for a period of 10 years subject to achievement of prescribed performance targets by the Service Provider. Responsive repairs during normal working hours Responsive emergency repairs for out of hours periods Works to voids properties to meet Thenue Housing Void / relet standard Periodic electric testing and remedial repairs working with Thenue to ensure electrical compliance at all times An interfaced ICT solution that interfaces with Thenue ICT systems to ensure maximum service efficiency and effectiveness with access to timely and accurate data at all times A contractor that will deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, robust management of complaints and provide mechanisms for customer engagement and customer insight analysis that result in service improvements and Delivery of community benefits.
