Lot 1

Partick Housing Association wishes to contract with a single main contractor who will undertake reactive maintenance to their various property types. The successful contractor must be able to provide a fully comprehensive multi-trade service throughout the term of the contract. The exact requirements are set out in the tender documents attached in draft form to this Contract Notice.

Renewal: May take up option to extend the the contract for any further variable periods up to a maximum of two years.
