The estimated value of the works is approximately 2m GBP. Building warrant and planning permission is the responsibility of the Council and will be in place prior to contract start date. The anticipated programme from contract award is as follows; - Contract Award 4th August 2017 - Construction Start Date 18th September 2017 - Construction Completion Date 6th April 2017 The Conditions of Contract shall be the 'Standard Building Contract (with Quantities) for use in Scotland (ref SBC/Q/Scot) 2011 Edition', subject to the amendments noted within.
