Almond Housing Association propose to undertake external render upgrades and ancillary works within the Livingston area, West Lothian. Almond Housing Association propose to undertake external render upgrades and ancillary works within the Livingston area, West Lothian. Subject to satisfactory performance, works will also include balcony enclosure upgrades and application of an external wall insulation system. The contract will be over a 3 year period and is subject to satisfactory performance. The contract will be subject to review on a regular basis and satisfactory performance against predetermined Key Performance Indicators. The Association will reserve the right to add or omit other works and or addresses from the contract during the contract and any extension period.

Options: Subject to a satisfactory Performance Review by the Employer, there is an option for the Employer award up to a further two phases of works. The rates within this tender for Phase 1 (Year 1) shall be used as the basis for future phases of works subject to revision in line with the BCIS All In Tender Price Index

Renewal: Possible 2 year extension, subject to performance review.
