Lot 1

Partick Housing Association wishes to contract with a single main contractor to carry out gas auditing work to 10% of the Association's approx 1,700 gas centrally heated properties. The successful contractor must be able to provide suitably qualified directly employed gas engineers to carry out the full scope of the contract. The full requirements of the contract are set out in the Invitation to Tender document attached to this Site Notice.

Renewal: May take up option to extend the contract for a further variable period up to a maximum of two years.
