AWARD NOTICE Fife College has secured a Contract to provide Education and Learning facilities within all 13 of the Public Sector Scottish Prison Service (SPS) Establishments, providing lecturers and fully equipped classrooms environments for prisoners to help deliver learning modules. This Contract will Begin on 1 August 2017 and run for a period of 5 years. The E-Learning Contractor will provide and maintain effective e-learning content to support the ongoing training and development of SPS Learners. Training will include but not be limited to Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, Food Hygiene, Management Skills and Languages. Content and courses must be interactive and engaging with a variety of media and audio to retain user interest. The Contractor must also provide an appropriate authoring tool to enable learners to create bespoke e-learning courses as part of a train the trainer model of developing learning technologist skills. The Learning Centres have no internet access therefore any solution must be delivered in an appropriate "off-line" format.
