The projects may range from new builds to refurbishment of existing and have a value of GBP 500,000 - GBP 5m with development required from January 2018 with completion by August 2020.

Contractors are invited to apply through the portal by completing the attached questionnaire and returning it to david.shields@east-ayrshire.gov.uk. No additional marketing material will be accepted at this stage. The closing date for return of questionnaires is close of business, Friday 23rd June 2017. The Council shall then review the returns and select a shortlist covering a variety of methods. Consultations are anticipated to take place between 1st and 21st July 2017 at the Councils offices in Kilmarnock. Please be advised that due to the size of the response anticipated that unsuccessful companies will not hear back.
