Notice Description

HES currently has an HR system and managed payroll service contract with Northgate Arinso (NGA) Ltd. The contract is due to expire on 28th October 2017 after we took up the option to extend by a further 2 years. Due to circumstances outside the control of HES the replacement arrangements to provide these services will not be in place until after October 2017.

Due to circumstances outwith the control of HES, the replacement arrangements to provide these services will not be in place until after October 2017. HES is undertaking a review of the corporate system requirements for the organization including a review of the HR, Finance and Corporate reporting network. The timeframe for this is to be completed within 6 months. Following completion of this review the next step will be to develop a tender exercise for the service provision of an HR and Payroll managed service. The purpose of the 2 year contract award to Northgate Arinso Ltd is to allow HES to undertake a full project review, assess long term requirements for these services and to complete a proper procurement exercise to implement new arrangements which will commence 1st November 2019.
