Lot Information

Supply of Sevelamer Medicines

This framework agreement is awarded for the supply of Sevelamer Hydrochloride 800mg tablets, Sevelamer Carbonate 800mg tablets, and Sevelamer Carbonate 2.4G powder for oral suspension to NHS Scotland. Each product line is treated as an individual Lot and is awarded on a line by line basis. Each Lot is awarded as a single supplier framework agreement.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement by up to a further two (2) periods of up to twelve (12) months each by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension.

Supply of Erythropoietin Stimulating Agents for Hospital Use

This Framework Agreement is awarded for the supply of the range of Erythropoietin Stimulating Agents to Health Boards across NHS Scotland. Each product line is treated as an individual Lot and is awarded on a line by line basis. Each Lot is awarded as a single supplier framework agreement.
