Notice Description

The Scottish Government with the support of the Scottish Futures Trust is delivering a transformational programme of change across office property occupied by the Scottish Government and its public bodies (NDPB's, Agencies etc). As well as significant financial and carbon savings, the underlying programme, Smarter Workplaces, is championing a more corporate and collaborative approach to property asset management across the public sector.Planning is now underway for a second phase from April 2018. An overarching estate strategy is being developed and flowing from this will be a number of location-based business cases.This Invitation to Quote is for services to support the preparation of a 'five case model' outline business case (OBC) for delivering the Scottish Government estate strategy in Glasgow.
