Notice Description

The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) is seeking to gauge the number of potential service providers to store video tapes and provide an archive which is accessible to members of the public on request.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The service required is the storage of video tapes in a manner which will protect against damage and deterioration. Combined with the storage, the service provider would also be required to keep digital master versions of the video tapes to be loaned out to members of the public on request. Tapes would also need to be collected/delivered to the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh from time to time. The SPCB would like to establish if there are suppliers interested in undertaking this service. Any suppliers able to provide this service, or wishing to request further information are invited to contact procurement@parliament.scot by 18 September 2017.
