Notice Description

NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde require a supplier to provide products for use to carry out the evidenced practice recommended in the NHSGGC MSK Foot and Ankle Pathway. This pathway was created as a collaborative project between Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Orthotics. The requirement has been split into four lots (Lot 1 - Low force insoles, Lot 2 - High force insoles, Lot 3 - Heel Lifts, Lot 4 - Night Splints). Suppliers can bid for all four Lots or Individual Lots.

Lot Information

High Force Insoles

These insoles will be used for patients with Musculoskeletal problems in reference to evidence based clinical guidance within the NHSGGC MSK foot and Ankle pathway.

Renewal: Option for 2 x 12 Month Extensions

Heel Lifts

These Heel Lifts will be used for patients with Musculoskeletal problems in reference to evidence based clinical guidance within the NHSGGC MSK foot and Ankle pathway.

Renewal: Option for 2 x 12 Month Extensions

Night Splints

Suppliers are required to submit a sample product for a blind visual scoring exercise. Suppliers must ensure no company identifiable information is displayed. Samples must replicate the exact quality of products which will be supplied to NHSGG&C should they be awarded the contract.

Low Force Insoles
