We are seeking proposals from the market to deliver high potential capability assessments for our top team; leading to informed development interventions for our top team (circa 50-60 senior managers/directors).

A requirement has arisen for the delivery of a talent and leadership assessment programme at ScotRail to inform our future organisational development planning and help deliver the best railway Scotland's ever had. We are seeking proposals from the market to deliver high potential capability assessments for our top team; leading to informed development interventions for our top team (circa 50-60 senior managers/directors). The aim of this programme is to objectively and comprehensively evaluate our leaders, assess them against the Abellio leadership framework and position them to take forward senior management and executive level roles within the business. As noted, the programme should be tailored to our leadership framework and be based on rigorous and recognised research in this specialised field. The outputs should equip us with the insights to inform future development requirements, succession planning and any required recruitment decisions. It is likely that the assessments will include a range of simulations, interview, cognitive and psychometric testing and 360 degree feedback mechanisms.
