Notice Description

The objective of this project is to replace the existing video and Intercom system across the site with new Internet Protocol (IP) Video intercom solution, all points shall be video intercoms. The Contractor shall also install new video intercom units in Harviestoun Hall and Devon Hall, as well as install new electric lock with fob for Devon Hall. The Contractor shall integrate the new video intercom system with the existing SCADA locking system. All equipment and wiring are to be replaced, and shall use existing back boxes. Where possible the Contractor shall use the existing containment. SPS require a system that has a proven track record in a similar environment as the prisons. Tenderers must provide names and addresses of sites where such systems have been installed. SPS may contact and visit these sites.
