The Procurement Process will be in the 1st through a successful completion of The European Single Procurement Document (ESDP), thereafter the Tender Document will be based upon a 60% Quality and 40% Price Matrix. Should they be deemed necessary PoLHA may include contractor interviews.. Port of Leith Housing Association reserve the right to apply a Break Clause in The Contract Term at any time after the Initial Contract Period and following a 90 Day Notification of the same.

Renewal: 1 Year Plus 1 Year Plus 1 Year Extension Options based on successful performance
