It is Parkhead Housing Association's intention to enter into a contract with one contractor to deliver the annual inspections and reactive maintenance provision to domestic and commcercial gas heating installations to approximately 1,665Nr properties for a 4-year period commencing 01/11/2017. There will be the possibility of a further 12-month extension to the Contract thereafter. The full contract requirements are contained within the Tender Documents and include the requirement for a 24/7 emergency call-handling facility and call-out service.

Renewal: There is the possibility of a further 12-month extension to the Contract.
