Invite tenders for the Provision of Beers, Wines, Spirits and Mixers in accordance with the requirements detailed in the ITT document and appendices.

Lot Information

Spirits

The Beach Ballroom offers a range of whisky vodka gin rum and brandy. We also stock a range of traditional liqueurs and malt whisky.

Renewal: The Council shall have the sole option of extending the contract for a further period (or periods) of up to 12 months after the expiry of the term.

Soft Drinks

Post mix and Mixers: the Ballroom stocks a full range of soft drinks, postmix (currently coca cola / schweppes products.

Renewal: The Council shall have the sole option of extending the contract for a further period (or periods) of up to 12 months after the expiry of the term.

Wines

The Beach Ballroom has a 22 bottle wine list.

Renewal: The Council shall have the sole option of extending the contract for a further period (or periods) of up to 12 months after the expiry of the term.

Bottled Beers: Alcopops and Ciders

Currently the Beach Ballroom stocks a range of continental lagers, local real ales, Guinness (Surge Cans), Magners, WKD and Smirnoff Ice.

Draught Beers

The Beach Ballroom currently provides draught lager, beer and Cider.
