Notice Description

West of Scotland Housing Association intend to enter into a Four-Year Contract with a Single Organisation to undertake all insurance services requirements and provide a claims management service in accordance with the information described within the tender documentation and Contract Notice. The Contract may be extended by one additional year at West of Scotland Housing Association's discretion subject to the satisfactory performance of the successful Bidder.

West of Scotland Housing Association intend to enter into a Four-Year Contract with a Single Organisation to undertake all insurance services requirements and provide a claims management service in accordance with the information described within the tender documentation and Contract Notice. The Contract may be extended by one additional year at West of Scotland Housing Association's discretion subject to the satisfactory performance of the successful Bidder.. The Service Provider's performance will be reviewed regularly throughout the Four Year term of the Contract. Failure by the Service Provider to fulfil their obligations and requirements of the Contract stated within the tender documentation may result in suspension (temporary or permanent) of the Service Provider - Please refer to Document A for further information.

Renewal: One Year Extension
