Notice Description
To carry out cyclical grounds maintenance services and emergency works eg. snow clearing, storm damage for our developments throughout Scotland. Tender is split into 3 geographic areas and 19 lots.
Lot Information
East area - Edinburgh & West Lothian - 12 sites
Grounds maintenance services and emergency works such as snow clearing, storm damage for 12 sites as detailed in the spreadsheet "Grounds Maintenance Areas and Lots". please note that 4 of these sites will not form part of this contract until April 2020 and another site in April 2019.. Bidders may only bid for lots within one geographic area. Either the East, North or West.
Renewal: Initial contract is for 2 years with the option to extend for another 1+1+1 years subject to satisfactory performance.
East area - Borders - 8 sitesGrounds maintenance services and emergency works such as snow clearing, storm damage for 8 sites as detailed in the spreadsheet "Grounds Maintenance Areas and Lots".. Bidders may only bid for lots within one geographic area. Either the East, North or the West.
Renewal: Initial contract for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1+1+1 years depending on satisfactory performance.
