Lot Information

Lot 1

The current CAS delivery model has operated since 2012. We are keen to build on the experiences gained through this operation by undertaking a review of the current service and considering options for future delivery and development, aligned to both UK and Scottish Government requirements. Citizens Advice England and Wales recently completed their transition from a sole supplier to a multi-site delivery, across 7 Local Citizens Advice (LCA) offices. Their LCA's were identified through a competitive grant application process. This review aims to provide an options appraisal for the delivery of a scalable high quality flexible service at a competitive cost, allowing for the possible integration of other or future digital contact services.
