Repairs & Maintenance Framework 2018 - 2022
Notice Description
The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Fife Housing Groups discretion. The framework is to provide supplementary general repairs and maintenance services to Fife Housing Groups Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) Works will consist of general repairs and maintenance services to 2 geographical areas (East & West Fife) and the itemised Lots as outlined in the below breakdown of the Lots, areas and historic 2016/17 spend.
