The framework is to provide supplementary general repairs and maintenance services to Fife Housing Groups Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) Works will consist of general repairs and maintenance services to 2 geographical areas (East & West Fife) and the itemised Lots as outlined in the below breakdown of the Lots, areas and historic 2016/17 spend.

Multi Trade Works (East Area) - including any combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Painter, Builder & Plasterer works.

Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Fife Housing Groups discretion.
