Framework Agreement for Private Rented Accommodation
Notice Description
The City of Edinburgh Council has a statutory duty to provide temporary accommodation for households who have been assessed as homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness. The Council has a range of contracts in place for B&B accommodation, private sector leasing and interim accommodation in short term lets. In addition to its existing range of contracts and in order to avoid the risk of unmet needs, the Council wishes to establish a multiple supplier framework agreement to source additional private rented accommodation.
