The Association strives to achieve value for money in all its activities including reactive and void repairs. The contract will be 36 months with the option to extend for a further 2 x single 12 month periods to a maximum of 60 months (5 years) for the provision of reactive and void maintenance repairs to approximately 1140 properties owned by Linthouse Housing Association and a further 700 factored properties. All trades works including but not exclusively Joiner, Plumber, Electrical, Builder, Plastering, Painting, Tiler, Glazier, Roofer and Blacksmith To carry out reactive repairs including out of hours emergencies covering 365 days per year and 24/7 in-day and out of hours reactive repairs to properties and common areas at various sites within Linthouse Housing Association's stock as may be required from time to time during the Contract Period by the Contract Administrator or his representatives All trades works including but not exclusively Joiner, Plumber, Electrical, Builder, Plastering, Painting, Tiler, Glazier, Roofer and Blacksmith. The current annual spend for this contract is approximately GBP 400,000. To carry out void repairs to properties at various sites and locations within Linthouse Housing Association's stock. The works are as may be required from time to time during the Contract Period by the Contract Administrator or his representatives.
