Moray Council would like to invite potential bidders to an overview presentation of the following tender opportunities. The Moray Council is to introduce two Framework Agreements to maintain and improve our buildings and to help us deliver our investment programmes across Moray. The two Framework Agreements are: 1. Planned Maintenance 2. Reactive Repair and Maintenance The Frameworks will cover all categories of work for reactive repairs and maintenance projects that will range in value from 10.000GBP to 200.000GBP, that are not covered fully by the Council's own maintenance staff.

The Frameworks will cover all categories of work for reactive repairs and maintenance projects that will range in value from 10.000GBP to 200.000GBP, that are not covered fully by the Council's own maintenance staff. Within each Framework contractors will be required to respond to individual works orders for both domestic and commercial properties, participate in a quotation process and deliver a responsive repairs service both during and out with normal working hours as appropriate. Suppliers will be offered the opportunity to provide services in one or more trades/specialities. We aim to publish the tender opportunities on Public Contracts Scotland for both Frameworks at the end of February 2018.
