Notice Description
The boiler replacement projects at; Cherry Road Resource Centre, Esk Place Sheltered Housing and Mayfield/St Luke's PS; comprises the replacement of existing partially inoperative units with more modern replacements. As well as replacing the boiler plant the contractor shall cost various modifications to boiler room, including new flues or modifications to existing by specialist contractor, boilerhouse pipework connections, electrical strip out, disconnection and re-connection, gas pipework purging, disconnection and re-connection, and general builder works as necessary.

Cherry Road Resource Centre
The boiler replacement project at Cherry Road Resource Centre comprises the replacement of existing partially inoperative units with more modern replacements. As well as replacing the boiler plant the contractor shall cost various modifications to boiler room, including new individual flues, boilerhouse pipework connections, electrical strip out, disconnection and re-connection, gas pipework purging, disconnection and re-connection, and general builder works associated with the above.
Esk Place Sheltered HousingThe boiler replacement project at Esk Place Sheltered Housing comprises the replacement of existing partially inoperative units with more modern replacements. As well as replacing the boiler plant the contractor shall cost various modifications to boiler room, including new individual flues, removal and replacement of Hot water calorifier, boilerhouse pipework connections, electrical strip out, disconnection and re-connection, gas pipework purging, disconnection and re-connection, and general builder works associated with the above. Optional costs for a temporary boiler unit are required so the Authority may decide if it provides a value for money solution for the continuity of heating and hot water during the works.
Options: Optional cost for the provision of temporary boiler plant to ensure the continuity of heating and hot water during the period of the works.
Mayfield / St Lukes Primary SchoolThe boiler replacement project at Mayfield/St Luke's Primary School comprises the replacement of existing partially inoperative units with more modern replacements. As well as replacing the boiler plant the contractor shall cost various modifications to boiler room, including new flues or modifications to existing by specialist contractor,boilerhouse pipework connections, electrical strip out, disconnection and re-connection, gas pipework purging, disconnection and re-connection, and general builder works associated with the above.
