The Vet School requires a Vender Neutral archiving System. The expansion of the University, in terms of a global student base and in diagnostic, teaching and research technology and capabilities, has necessitated a state-of-the-art, comprehensive and innovative image archiving and viewing solution that integrates with the latest technology in patient management and diagnostic imaging equipment. This also needs to expand into mobile technology by provision of service excellence to students and patients with the requirement to upload images, audio files, teaching pod casts and videos.. The University of Edinburgh has produced a summary specification of the requirements of the system which is to be developed further. This notice and the early specification is intended to seek expressions of interest and market participation to develop the requirement further.
