SDS's Enterprise Information Systems department is currently embarking on a transition from existing legacy solutions to Microsoft Office 365 across the three Partner organisations of SDS, Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise. As part of the transition to O365 the three organisations will move to the Skype for Business software. In order to support this transition it was identified that the two call centres within EIS and Scottish Enterprise's EFRS will require call centre software which is compatible with Skype for Business.
