The SPS require a supplier to inspect, service and maintain a range of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment across the SPS Estate, (13 prisons and 3 support sites). A wide range of equipment/manufacturers and complexity exists across SPS sites. The contract also includes scope for the replacement of equipment when required and authorised by SPS. The supplier shall have the appropriate resources and the technical capability to provide effective service delivery.
Renewal: Extension period of up to 3 years
