Notice Description

This Framework is for the provision of Professional Technical Services to West Lothian Council from November 2018. The Framework is broken into 13 lots including architectural consultancy, various engineering consultancies and specialist services. The lots are divided by different services which will be required to supplement in-house services. It is intended that the Framework will be in place for 3 years with the option to extend up to 12 months up to a maximum of 4 years.
