Notice Description
North Ayrshire Council requires the removal and replacement of the existing hot and cold water, ventilation and heating installations together with any associated builder's work and redecoration at the two schools. This project requires to be completed during the school summer holiday period, when the buildings are unoccupied and the services being replaced are not essential to the operation of the schools. Mechanical works are expected to take place during the school summer holidays with remedial decoration works during the October school holidays. Contract commencement will be 02/07/18. Contract duration is 7 weeks and 3 days.
